Zazie O. Beetz was born in Berlin on November 21 1991. Born in Germany, Berlin. Her mother is an Social Worker of South Africa-American descent and social worker from New York. Jennifer Aniston also graduated from her high school. Beetz continued her French study in Skidmore College, after graduating LaGuardia. She immediately started auditioning after college and landed the role of Van at Atlanta. She was born in Berlin to the parents of a German father and an African-American mother, Beetz was born in New York speaking both German and English at home. Zazie grew up in acting, and has worked in several community theatres. Zendaya was able to land her Disney Channel breakout role thanks her impressive dancing skills. In 2010 the dancer and actress was finally offered her breakthrough role when she was cast in the role of Rocky Blue in the show "Shake It Up" with her co-star Bella Thorne. Zendaya began her vegetarian journey aged 11 when she walked past a slaughterhouse while on an excursion along with her father. She told PEOPLE, "I thought it was horrible to see all the animals being stuffed inside the slaughterhouse, in a cage waiting to be killed. I couldn't believe that's how I'd been getting my meat!" She has since stayed on a vegetarian diet.
