Jennifer Garner was born on 17 April 1972 at Houston, Texas but was raised to be raised in Charleston, West Virginia. William John Garner worked as a chemist for Union Carbide. Patricia Ann, her mother was a professor at a nearby university. To follow her father, she earned a degree in chemical engineering. In order to follow her dream of becoming actress, she relocating into New York to try her chances in the film industry. While appearing in Broadway productions, she also worked as waitress. Her husband of the first time Scott Foley met her on the show "Felicity," where she was a guest. She got her big break in the action thriller "Alias." Garner's first leading role was the acclaimed love story "13 Thirty-something." The film starred her as a teenager who found herself locked in the body a 30-year-old.
